Submit Request
Agents simply complete the Request Form. Clients will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss vendor needs. Staging consultations will be scheduled within 5 business days.
Information Delivered
Emails showing match results to pre-screened vendors are received by clients within 24-48 hours of submitted request. BINSR estimates are delivered to agent within 24-48 hours of request. Pre-inspection consultation reports and vacant home staging proposals will be delivered within 24 hours of appointment.
Professionally Optimized Property (POP) Designation
Once a listing has been received a pre-inspection consultation and / or has been professionally staged with rental furniture, the property can use the POP Designation on the MLS description. Once the property has been reviewed, the stager will send a downloadable version of the POP seal for agent use. See Professionally Optimized Properties (hyperlinks to before and after pages)
